Richard at the front desk was particularly helpful and we appreciate the extra mile he went for us to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. Pool, food and amenities were top notch. Looking forward to staying here the next chance we get.

6 night stay. Smelled totally foul the entire stay. Like a broken sewer pipe. The bar stinks. The food was brutal. The hallways and rooms are beat up. The “fairmont” waters in the room smell like it was filled from a swamp. I have no idea how this place passes for a Fairmont. The olden days of high standards are gone. The Chinese own this place now and are there to juice every dime possible from this run down place. Beware.

We stayed at this property for a week. For the entire week, the two jacuzzis by the pools were broken. Also, we booked this resort for my daughter to do horseback riding, but their horses were not available. Thus, this was very disappointing. I believe we need to get compensated for a portion of lodging charges.
