Quite a good bungalow, large, spacious. Of the minuses I will note the already quite outdated equipment and furniture. The jacuzzi is too old and does not heat the water, so there is no need to use it. The housing needs repairs, as there are many cracks where insects crawl. Overall, a good bungalow, the resort has a large stunning pool with a view of the sea.

Cassia Cottage was a highlight of our Vietnam stay! The location (accessible to main town), gorgeous beach/pool outlook, best food in Vietnam onsite at Spice House, morning yoga with a great instructor, and above all a really lovely staff - nothing was too much trouble and they were genuinely so kind. Superb!

The check in was good. The room was good. The beach bar was OK but service was slow, however the staff were friendly. They also played the same music every day, got quite repetitive. Would definitely stay again.

There were a few teething problems at the start of this stay. The Salinda pickup at the airport wasn’t ideal as I was waiting over 20 mins for other guests to arrive, after a long flight I just wanted to get there! So in the end I got a Grab and made myself to the resort. Not a great start. The welcome when I arrived was OK, free juices and a cold towel.
The room was beautiful and the premium sea view room certainly lived up to the name. Housekeeping staff were excellent.
The breakfast buffet is nice, a little more variety would be good. The staff at breakfast were efficient and professional. Although the uniforms that the women wore were something out of the handmaids tale, and they all wore crocs!! Someone needs to rethink this!
The hotel itself is showing signs of aging and could do with a refresh. Carpets stained and frayed, not exactly 5 star.
The cyan pool beach bar - the food was not good nor was it Vietnamese in anyway. Which was disappointing.
The pool is large and salt water is great, however there was no real service to get a drink, there is a flag to raise when you want service but no one comes. On several occasions I had to go to the bar to order and the wait staff were just standing around talking ignoring the guests.
Overall it was a pleasant stay, but not a 5 star resort in my opinion.

We booked a room for 3 people but when we arrived the room had only 2 twin beds. The people at reception were not very helpful.the hotel seemed nice but the options are limited and required transportation to go to other places. The beach was not very well, we found a lot of garbage on the beach and the water was not very clean so we opted to get a car to go to other beaches around the island that were transparent and clean. Unfortunately I would choose this hotel again. On the positive side, the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from.

There were a few teething problems at the start of this stay.
