We enjoyed our stay overall but a few things need improvement. Pros: amazing infinity pool at the beach club. beautiful beachfront property, plenty of parking, large mini fridge, bed was decent. Spacious balconies, double sinks, beautiful landscaping & flower varieties, close proximity to other restaurants & stores, connected grocery store. Cons: Housekeeping doesn’t come until day 3. The ac unit above our bed sweated every night (even without us opening the balcony) and dripped on our heads :/ . The private pool needs some restoration work. We thought we lucked up when we saw that no one was there but soon realized why. The pool had tons of bugs in it and was in need of cleaning. The poolside bar bites were underwhelming.

My husband and I recently stayed at Baoase Luxury Resort to celebrate our 8-year wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything about Baoase felt special. The property is absolutely stunning—beautiful, intimate, romantic, and incredibly peaceful. Our room was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious yet relaxing experience. What truly set Baoase apart, however, was the service. The level of personalized attention we received was extraordinary. One of the things that impressed us most was how the staff knew our names. It may seem like a small detail, but it made such a difference. Being greeted personally throughout the property made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for rather than simply being guests at a hotel. Every interaction we had with the staff was warm, gracious, and attentive. The service never felt forced or overly formal—it was effortless, genuine hospitality. The entire team has mastered the art of anticipating what guests need while still allowing you to completely relax and enjoy the experience. Celebrating our 8th anniversary at Baoase was everything we hoped it would be and more. It gave us the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate our marriage in a truly beautiful place. We have stayed at wonderful luxury properties over the years, but Baoase is one of those rare places that stays with you!

The beach is beautiful, very clean with lots of chairs available . Unfortunately there is no bar service close to the beach and no staff come around to take orders, so you have to walk quite far to the main pool area to get a cocktail. The rooms are very outdated and furniture, drapery and bed skirt is very old and shows its wear. The bathroom is very old, dark and dingy. Restaurants are open air except for one which is only open for dinner. Buffet listed theme nights on the app but it was not followed. Food selection was just ok.
