Such a cute little oasis away from the huddle and bustle of the city. Very quiet at night and thoroughly enjoyed having a private pool! Would absolutely recommend!

Hotel is average in terms of presentation, quality, and service. Would rate as a good 3 star hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Staff were not overly helpful, although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were not ready at check in time, leaving us waiting a further hour in the lobby. Would not stay here again. Was a little on the expensive side, so was expecting a little more. Restaurant breakfast was good and location is handy.

Great place ! Huge rooms with great bathtubs! Stairway to the beach. The whole team is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant and pool have an amazing view and the food is great especially for breakfast! There are cultural performances on the weekends and the Balinese one is really good!! Can’t think of anything to complain about.

When I questioned this they said they don’t receive third party messages so please don’t rely on this form of communication if trying to book airport transfer. I booked our pick up for our return journey to the airport in the office and although was told I would receive confirmation of this I had to confirm it the morning of the collection as no correspondence was received. No welcome drinks as advertised, not a big deal but not as advertised. Shown around the villa by the housekeeper who then didn’t leave. We had to request that she didn’t arrive before a certain time as we were made to feel it was her property despite being paying guests. Once had that arrangement we enjoyed the privacy of the villa and the ease and safety of Sanur.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything about my experience was exceptional, from the beautiful villa to the incredible staff and service. The villa itself was absolutely stunning and incredibly photo-worthy. The location is also perfect. It’s within walking distance of Bali Collection, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The resort also offers free activities each day and complimentary bikes, which was a great added bonus. While there are public beaches within walking distance, the resort also has its own private beach setup and provides complimentary shuttles to and from the beach. Guests can enjoy beach chairs and umbrellas, Wi-Fi, and food and drink service right on the beach. If you’re planning to stay in the Nusa Dua area and want to elevate your vacation, I highly recommend Amarterra Villas Resort. It was truly an incredible stay.

We spent five nights at Samabe Nusa Dua and it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff are genuinely warm, gracious and incredibly attentive, with a wonderful understanding of Balinese culture and hospitality. They were always a step ahead, anticipating what we needed without ever being intrusive. It is the kind of service that feels effortless, but clearly comes from an exceptionally well-trained and genuinely caring team. And then there are the views. The views are simply incredible. The resort’s position above the ocean is spectacular, with beautiful uninterrupted views and access to one of the best beaches we have experienced in Indonesia. The beach is exceptionally clean and, importantly, feels far less affected by the extreme tides and pollution that can affect other parts of Indonesia. There are also plenty of loungers around both the pool and beach, so everything feels relaxed and uncrowded.The food was excellent, particularly breakfast, and we loved the inclusion of non-alcoholic drinks. These thoughtful details make the all-inclusive experience feel genuinely luxurious and completely effortless.What we didn’t appreciate until we left was quite how high Samabe had set the bar.We checked into another hotel afterwards, and unfortunately the contrast was stark. After the experience at Samabe, the other hotel simply did not come close. So we went back…

Absolutely incredible resort and people

The location was good and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and we had the best pillows we've ever experienced while travelling! They made for a good night sleep. The room was huge and had everything we needed. The breakfast at the hotel was fabulous, with heaps of options. We had breakfast at the Beach Club one morning, it was very average so we didn't go back. There are loads of warungs and restaurants in the area, and just a short walk. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was absolutely fabulous. We felt super relaxed after. The pool was a bonus, but a bit green. Thanks for a good stay.

Rooms were clean but very old quiet a strong sewerage smell in our room that comes and goes. Breakfast was amazing beautiful lots of variety. Overall good for price but in desperate need of a renovation!!!
