"The stay was excellent, although there are two points I would raise to the hotel management to make our stay better. The front desk wouldn’t book outside taxis for is, which would be usual in other hotels and the room was checked while we were still packing and before the checkout time, this would be done when the guests are checking out not when they are in the room, was quite awkward. Thanks, these are small points but can help the hotel be better."

My room was as pictured on Hotels.com and the view actually exceeded my expectation. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good too with decent options and to order Cappuccinos."

"Incredible property. Beautiful grounds. It is nestled in nature; there is a river that runs through the property on one side, and on the other there is a rice field. The Hotel has been here for more than 20 years. If you want to relax and have a peaceful stay in Ubud ; this is where to go. The staff is very attentive, the facilities are immaculate, and will be aesthetic is very pleasing to the eye."

"I was happy as I initially got a room that was next to a group and I could hear a lot of noise. I requested for them to change it and they immediately changed my room. The rooms were clean, of course the property is in tropical area so expect mosquitoes and bugs. Prepare yourself for mosquitos all over ubud. I think the interiors of the room could be a little better, they were missing a few things like t, wifi the breakfast was also very average and issuing a lot f. Egan options. However I was overall happy with their service was poor, "
