Everything was great!

Great stay at Casona del Colegio. The hotel is beautiful and room was spacious and comfortable. But our room faced the street and despite being soundproof it was quite loud at night with party goers, shouting and music blaring (it’s not the quietest street in town). Even in the morning the city’s cleaning crew made lots of noise. We also had sporadic issues with no hot water and low water pressure. The staff were always incredibly kind and helpful though. Offered solutions like earplugs (which helped), changing rooms to a courtyard facing one and fixed the water immediately when we called

Excelente todo, mejor hotel de cartagena

I stayed here for about 4 nights. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Room was cool and clean and in 4 star shape. I booked a terrace suite which was on the first floor and had a patio, not a terrace. This would be my only complaint. The room itself was insulated and quiet throughout the night. Daily breakfast was very good, menu based, and not a buffet (which I hate).

No hay palabras para describir la experiencia vivida. Empezando por el personal y atención VIP, realmente VIP. José, Damián, no los mencionó a todos porque no recuerdo sus nombres, pero todos fueron fantásticos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar, la habitación, el servicio, hospitalidad, en general todo. Mis palabras no le hacen justicia al lugar. Solo puedo decir que es un 100% recomendado. Everything was great except, lunch Buffet was over run on Sunday with day pass guests.
