特里什尼什群岛滑雪假期

好簡單方便入住，環境舒適，位置方便

We requested an accessible room , which was confirmed twice telephonically. The space between the beds was barely 12 inches and not suitable for anyone using a walker or wheelchair ! The bathroom was adequate . Reception staff were unhelpful and the young lady was very good at ignoring questions . I am at a loss as to how this hotel has such a good online rating . Attended a function there and the disabled loo is situated right at the back of a conference room and through very heavy doors . The toilet was dirty and did not flush properly . I reported to the lady night manager who said she would sort it . On my second visit it still did not flush properly. There are areas that have steps ans when I queried this , I was told there were portable ramps which staff were supposed to assist with . No ranps in sight and the staff just stared and did not offer to assist . I use a walker ( zimmer) and my daughter / carer is used to helping me . Heaven help someone in a wheelchair . Definitely not recommended !

A wonderful hotel with beautiful environment, spacious room, confortable simming pool and best restaurant.

Marine Troon is placed at the ocean edge with the gold course wrapped around it. The property is beautifully decorated in a beautifully modern but traditional manner. It is well maintained. Rooms likewise, the smallest rooms, which I stayed in, are tiny but you have everything you need - more suited to a solo traveller though. The f&b offering is varied and high quality. Gym is well equipped. The staff are exceptional, verry friendly and go out of their way to ensure that not only your hotel stay is as good as it can be but also that you are getting the most from the local area too. I'd love to stay again.

Great location, but busy with all of the cruise tours.

Too close to the pub area, single glaze windows not good enough to block the noise from the pubs, very noisy at night

环境不错，设施有点老旧了，不过挺干净的。

The location for us was excellent, walking distance from many fine coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants near the university, and easy access to bus and subway. Our room was exceptionally quiet, facing a quiet neighborhood off the main street. Our room (with a double bed) and the bathroom were very compact, a bit of a challenge with multiple pieces of luggage for each of two guests, but very clean and tidy. Every person on staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
