Gorgeous and Opulent. Absolutely amazing service. Friendly and welcoming staff (even for us "non-rich"). Grounds, restaurants and decor stunning. Like walking into the Past as if it were today. Room was fabulous. lunch at the Polo lounge was delicious and excellent service.

This is a newer hotel built to look like an old house. Clever. The rooms and bathrooms are large, well designed. This is now my absolute first choice in West Hollywood.

A small getaway for my wife and I’s first anniversary. The staff was amazing and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room. Room was freshly renovated and classy. The bell person and the valet were very nice. Tremendous experience!

I put my parents here as it is close to my apartment. They loved it! The staff was wonderful and tended to their every whim. The room was beautiful, quiet and clean. Every request was answered with a smile and the complimentary car service was fantastic as they are elderly and like "knowing" the driver. They use to stay at the L'ermitage but are now going to stay at the Peninsula for life! Thank you to the staff!

The room was spacious and my wife amd I lkved the new technogy in the room (especially the heated toulet seat)!! It was far enough away from Hollywood Blvd that we were able to get good sleep but close enough to all the action that we were just minutes away. Additionally the people at valet parking were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an upscale place to stay at a very affordable rate!

Our second visit was flawless (I said in my last review that this was a place you'd want to come back to again and I meant it). The HBA doesn't rely on flash and superficial luxury to impress. Superb comfort, attention to detail, and quality of service is what sets it apart. The staff is truly the best I've seen in all my travels and you can feel they enjoy and have a genuine pride in managing their guests. Even though it's exactly what we came for, still amazed again by how private the property...

Wonderful hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was beautiful and comfortable. The gardens were very tranquil. We did not want to leave!!

Second time staying here for multiple nights each. Very quiet - even in a street facing room. Rooms are beyond spacious, beds are so comfy and overall everything is well thought out with all amenities. I will say that it would be nice to have yea or coffee pods to go with the coffee maker. Will definitely return again!
