Trying be objective here, but this hotel just doesn't compare to other places I've stayed in the Hollywood/Beverly area. Front desk attendants are kind, but not knowledgeable or honest. Pool is freezing and rooms are small. Our room was 85 degrees when we finally came back from dinner, having walked for miles in circles bc the front desk said there were plenty of food places open. Wrong. Only 5 star restaurants that you had to beg for reservations at 9pm. People talking and smoking till 10pm in the pool area, you couldn't open windows or nasty cigarette smoke would fill your room. Mike was super nice, but the fee he said he would remove was actually pushed through on my credit card with an additional $150 hold. Check-in is at 3pm, but only if there systems are up snd working properly. Ice and coffee are only available upon request in the lobby. I won't ever be back for $245 a night, plus parking and amenity fee = 307. Nope, sorry.
