The Monarch motel was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The property is unique and has character that made it stand out. Location was great to getting to everything you might need. Would stay here most definitely again.

The front desk person was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. However, I reserved a double room because there were 3 of us, but the room was equipped with only one towel set. How does that makes sense? Also, the shower head is so low we had to stoop to take a shower. Lastly, no coffee maker in the room and no luggage rack.

Very dirty. Did not accommodate the reservation for 2 beds, then provided dirty linen for the pull out which had trash and an old sock tucked behind it. Broken blinds. Only giving it a few stars because staff tried to accommodate us (but couldn’t for lack of resources). Owner needs to invest a bit in maintenance of what has potential to be a nice facility.. Fell short of expectations.
