"Staff was amazing, from the lobby staff to the housekeeping and wonderful in room dining. Unfortunately I had a fall in front of the hotel, quite loud as I injured both knees and ankles, however no staff 😟came to assist me, despite having dropped all my packages and bloodied my knees. Please ask staff to pay attention to guests around the hotel environs. "

"We stayed here for a week. It was dog friendly, had a good breakfast, had staff at all hours, and they were nice enough to exchange our desk chair because the one we had at first was broken. The parking can fill up at times. There can be noise from the highway or large groups of people travelling together. But we really liked it"

"My daughter's and I stayed in 2 different rooms and in mine there weren't any towels I asked the front desk person for them and he gave me a hand towel and one for the floor. Then for breakfast he said that the coffee machine wasn't working and the continental breakfast consisted of stale pastry, a small apple and a granola bar. For my daughter's room there wern't any blanket's or bed spreads to keep them warm. Also on check-in he didn't speak very well English. Needless to say we won't be going back there ever again."
