“good prace”

“This was our second stay at the Madison. We loved this property and may return at some future date. Our experience with staff members were short of the standard set during our first visit. Check in was lengthy. The desk attendant was off eating dinner. The valet parking attendant filling in (unable or trained to help) called him back to the front desk. He hurriedly checked us in and issued 2 key cards; neither worked upon reaching our room. So we returned to the front desk. He was once again……

“Pool wasn’t clean, not told about construction going on on the floor we were on. Construction started at 7:30 in the morning and continued until about 8pm. TV in the bathroom didn’t work. Jacuzzi tub was very loud. Pool was cloudy. Staff was very nice”

“We really enjoyed 2 nights at Westbrook Inn. The bed is comfortable, breakfast is delicious, house is beautiful, staff is supper kinda and helpful. Overall Westbrook is a cute town and we certainly feel rejuvenated and happy in this anniversary trip.”
