"The room was a great size and fine but the hotel is really tired and old and in need of a refurb. Windows opened in room which was nice. One of the lifts was “over heated” and out of services for a bit which made me take the stairs! Staff were very nice."

"The rooms aircon was broken, we were not informed of this. They had provided an alternative aircon machine and freestanding fan, however both were very noisy so unable to have on when trying to sleep, which meant a restless night due to temperature and no fresh air.
