“The property was amazing. It was exactly was we needed as a family. The in-law suite worked out for our parents to get their own space. The house was well stocked and the hosts were amazing. They helped us which anything we needed and were easy to reach if needed. We will stay here again next time we are in St. Thomas. ”

“We took on the task of attempting to plan the "Ultimate Ladies Trip" for a group of 13. To support our vision, we needed one of the best villas on St. Thomas and we hit a homerun in choosing Casa De Petrus!!! The villa was considered the highlight of our trip. It is gorgeous and looks even better in person. The property has amazing views. It is very spacious!! There is plenty of space for groups to congregate while also providing lovely spaces for individuals to just read or sunbathe. We……

“Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any……

“We decided to take a quick trip to St John for the 4th of July. We wanted someplace close to the action in Cruz Bay, but also something that felt private. Edgewater was a short walk to town and also very secluded. Nora, was an amazing hostess and made sure we had everything we needed and helped make our stay superb.We absolutely loved it there and will definitely return soon. “Communication was excellent on checking code for door, unit was very clean and up to date . Unit provided extras too like toys beach towels , snorkeling gear, etc. It was located on first floor, easy access to pool, and beautiful views of bolongo bay. We will definitely be back to this place, can’t say enough nice things . Would recommend to anyone. Can’t imagine you could find a better deal for a place this nice and views. Thank you ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Camp grounds! This trip was a solo trip for me and I used it just for a little me time. Great place to relax and do exactly nothing. The cabin was nice and cozy. Open to nature and you will hear it as you rest and relax. I realize no place is perfect and perfection was not what I was in need for. This place was more for self therapy and peace. I would do it again if possible or if my health allows ”

“We had a great stay on this property. Check-in and check out were smooth. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - beach towels, washer/dryer, plates, pots, etc. We cooked some of our meals so, it was helpful to have what we’d need for that. The unit has a great view from both balconies (!) and the proximity to the beach was a major plus. Brandon was also really helpful and answered all of our questions very promptly. Not very easy to walk elsewhere if you want to explore……

“We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.”
