“One of the elevators was out so we had to walk to available one on the other side of the building. Our first room’s air conditioner would not get cool. When it did, it would kick the heat on. We were moved rooms and that air conditioner worked fine. Stephanie on the overnight staff was really helpful”

“The room was clean smelt well the bed slept great the only thing is the TV kept cutting off. But the staff offered us another room and offered us a discount. The breakfast was delicious.”

“After staying for almost three weeks- kitchen is doable, bear minimum provided. In the time we were there, our room was cleaned one time because there were not enough housekeepers. The lady who did clean was very sweet. Mikalylah? Staff that were helpful, friendly and polite... Torey, Harrison, Natalie and Tia, and a few others. Two women at the front desk whom I will not name were not only unfriendly, but seemed to have been bothered whenever I had a need, i.e. more towels or the times I had……
