Was non-functional, but to be clear was not listed as an amenity. The A/C is a portable unit, on a sunny day struggles to keep up. Multiple box fans help but noisy. Listing implies access to the river that was assumed to be from the property. This is not the case. Access is from either end of the main rod through the community. Not a deal...
