"I recently stayed here for one night and had a mixed experience. The hotel has a convenient location and some nice amenities, but I felt the overall experience did not match the $235 price for one night. One of my biggest disappointments was that the hotel looked considerably nicer in the online photos than it did in person. The property and hallways felt dated, and the walk to our room was not particularly inviting. The elevator was also out of service during our stay, which meant carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs. One of the vending machines was not working as well. There were, however, several things I enjoyed. The hotel was very quiet and seemed to have relatively few guests, which made for a peaceful stay. We had the pool completely to ourselves, which was a great bonus. I also liked having a café and restaurant located inside the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, grocery stores, and family-friendly entertainment. Dave & Buster’s is also within walking distance. Overall, I would consider staying here again, but only at a lower rate. For $235 per night, I expected the property to be more updated and felt there were other hotels that may have offered better value for the price."

"The hotel was nice. Centrally located. The studio room for four people was spacious with a king sized sofa bed, large bathroom, and a mini kitchen. Breakfast was good. Only minor complaint was it was a bit crowded/cramped around the elevators and breakfast area in the morning. Lots of cruise ship tourists in August in Seattle."

"Beautiful hotel, very well maintained and in a good location. A few things close-by but otherwise very central to many areas. Restaruant was great and the live jazz band on the terrace was incredible! What a great way to enjoy the beautiful hotel and weather. Food and wine was great."

"Had a great stay! Quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were awesome. We were allowed an early check-in at a time when they were very busy checking in a large group, and then later when we requested a late check-out, the desk manager comp’d it for us! Breakfast offerings were limited but enough, and the staff there was also attentive and efficient"

It is conveniently situated within a reasonable distance of most major attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and other conveniences nearby. Overall, the location made getting around Seattle very easy. However, the housekeeping service was quite disappointing. We selected every-other-day room cleaning, but on several occasions, the housekeeping staff only replaced the towels and emptied the trash. Other basic cleaning services did not appear to be done. The room was not properly tidied, our amenities and supplies were not replenished, and the bed was not made. On one occasion, our pajamas were simply taken off the bed and left on the table. I understand that housekeeping practices may vary from hotel to hotel, but I have honestly never experienced room cleaning like this before. If a guest chooses scheduled room cleaning, I would expect it to include basic tidying, making the bed, replenishing necessary supplies, and general room upkeep—not just changing towels and emptying the trash. The location and convenience of the hotel were excellent, but the housekeeping service definitely fell below expectations and was the most disappointing part of our stay."
