“Nice property! We stayed here while attending a family camp at Miracle Mountain Ranch. It was very convenient to be only 15 minutes away and have good accommodations! We always get nervous when there is no Hilton or Marriott around, but we were satisfied here. The only thing missing is an adequate workout room.”

“Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. ”

“Had a great time! Amy and Jimmy are fantastic hosts! We had everything we needed and they made us feel welcome. We had fun hiking nearby trails, and kayaking in the river. While kayaking we saw deer and eagles by the river. We hope to be able to come back!”
