“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,……

“The beds were incredibly comfortable, the cleanliness of the rooms , and the staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Jonnie at the front desk was super helpful and well deserves recognition for her courtesy, warmth and charismatic personality. Even with renovation crew at work, our stay was very pleasant indeed!”
