“The resort is beautiful, but unfortunately the service didn’t match the property. The pool attendants were disappointing and missed plenty of opportunities to provide great service. My wife and I were largely ignored, and it felt like they were more interested in helping certain guests than others. We experienced the same lack of attentiveness at the Topaz pool bar. Despite there being three bartenders and the bar not being busy, I had to ask for service. The one exception was Dylan, who was……

“This place is fabulous! Location, amenities, common grounds are beautiful. Our room was outdated. They have slapped some paint on it to make it look better but doors, fixtures, and bathrooms show signs of many years of wear and tear. At the end of the day that didn’t matter. The beds were comfortable, the staff is helpful and polite. Food was delicious, drinks were great. Overall we would go back any time.”

“All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana”

“This place is beautiful. We were checking in late, after their front desk closed, and they made sure we can enter the room and have a VIP experience. The resort is beautiful. Stunning nature, lovely pool, everything was clean. Very comfortable beds and soft linens. High end toiletries. We will visit again.”
