"We rented the property to host our daughters’ birthday party. The house and pool were both spectacular. Everything was in pristine condition with every amenity you could want. The property manager was great and responsive, gave us a very efficient yet thorough tour on check-in. Absolutely wonderful experience on all levels - an 11 out of 10. "

"Main aspect is that the owner should mention in the rental advertising that he and his family are living there, and what one actually rents it's a room, with more or less privacy, depending how many other guests are there at the moment. Bathroom is shared with other guests. "

"My family (ages 2 to 67) stayed in the house for five nights in November. We were able to use the large kitchen to prep food to my family's house for Thanksgiving. The location was great for getting around the sprawling L.A. We were able to see family in Los Feliz, but also catch the Los Angeles Zoo, the Natural History Museum, and downtown L.A. among other things. And I must endorse the vast views overlooking the hills from the first and second floor -- thoroughly stunning."
