"This home is very special. Fantastic location tucked away in Bass Lake which is known for the best fishing in the area. Grandson caught a couple large mouth bass. He spent hours every single day dock fishing. Family enjoyed the comfort of this home and beautiful view of the lake. The furniture inside and out was comfortable. This is the place to be to unwind from your daily chaos. Hope to return. "

"We really enjoyed the little lake cabin. The lake itself is beautiful and peaceful. The cabin is an old and dated up north cabin, but that is exactly what we were expecting based on the listing. We used the canoe which was nice and the kids took a dip in the lake. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean. Definitely a fun UP getaway!"

"The property is the quintessential lake house on a pristine lake in MIchigan’s Upper Peninsula. It’s decorated nicely, maintained well, and had all the comforts of home, including a “welcome” array of snacks made in MI. The owners left no detail to chance for their guests so we could cook in their well-appointed kitchen, enjoy a class of wine on their perfect lakeside deck, stream some programs, and sleep comfortably. The lake home is an easy, short drive to get groceries or anything you might have forgotten to pack. Friendly and responsive hosts. Highly recommend. "

"We spent 6 days in this lovely house. We enjoyed having all the room with 6 little kids under 8. There's a game room with pool table and ping pong table. The home was very clean & decorated beautifully. They had thought of everything, down to extra toothbrushes if we forgot ours. They had setup a place for flyers of places to eat & drink. The backyard is gorgeous. It offered a wonderful to relax. The firepit area was perfect for evening smores. The home is located in a pretty area and within a short distance to hiking, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to the area. "
"I was skeptical about stay here, but this was honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The woman at the front desk was kind and friendly. The room was immaculate. We use the local airport about once a year and needed to stay close by for the early flight. We would definitely stay here again if we need to be nearby. There was a firepit burning outside when we arrived. It is cute! The hotel has a very patriotic theme."
