"The AC was terrible. I could not leave it on because it was making a very loud noise. Terrible, terrible experience sleeping in that room. All the other things were okay, the only problem was the noisy AC."

"Carpet was filthy and the room smelled terrible! I couldn’t get in the room for almost an hour, the codes don’t work! 3 other people couldn’t get in their rooms upon arrival during that time! Staff was slow to help and not concerned they leave guests locked out of their rooms for almost an hour."
