From check-in to checkout, everyone was friendly and professional, but Ross, the Front Desk Manager, stood out in an extraordinary way. He arranged for fresh roses to be waiting in our room and extended a late checkout so my friend could rest comfortably before our departure. Those small gestures turned an ordinary hotel stay into something deeply memorable. I’ve stayed here several times over the years, but this visit touched me most. The compassion and quiet care shown reminded me that real hospitality is about seeing people and meeting them where they are. "This place was unexpected as it was right smack in downtown. Everything was walkable, even the tours. I didn't realize it earlier until I did the city tour and realized, oh, its just HERE! This is a very convenient location, not too far to airport, around 10-15 minutes. The room is modern, we got a suite that had TWO tv's, an actual living room couch. It was a two queen bed style, but the sink and the showers were separate. I liked the unique feel and the convenience to downtown. Just wish it had more sound dampening, you can hear others."
