“Nice people”

“We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. ”

“Property was exactly as described. It's right beside the river. We caught 4 nice fish. The river runs fast wide and deep. Just what we were looking for!”

“My wife wanted to see the lantern exhibit at the John Ball zoo the weekend of Memorial Day, so we chose this location to spend the two nights we were there and we could not be happier. The parking space was immediately next to the entrance to the building, with the elevator that took us to our floor right around the corner. All of the codes that were given to us by the property manager actually worked and we had no trouble getting in either the building or our room. The room was a two bedroom...

“We so enjoyed our stay at this place. The interior was nicely furnished and clean! The view of the lake outside was beautiful and calming. There were plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the firepit and lake. At the end of the day, part of our group sat at the end of the dock and enjoyed watching the boats and other watercraft as they passed by on the lake. Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the firepit, but that just means we will have to return to enjoy this great get away...

“The house is a perfect place for our family to come and we had a great time there. We love the Grand Rapids so much history and wonderful places to eat.”

“The house was clean and tidy. We were there to just sleep and not entertain. I would say that for our family preferences, we’d stay in a more quiet area of the city. This part of Grand Rapids while charming is busier than we expected. This is no fault of the host. Her description of the home and what was included was spot on. It is an old house but VERY charming and cozy. Lots of great coffee shops and eateries nearby etc. Good value and stay overall.”
