"Nice and clean. The room was bigger than I had expected. Convenient location. The mattress is softer than what I prefer, and comfortable. There is a desk and a chair and a sofa."

"Spillway has everything!! Secure contactless entry, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Amenities are numerous: large walk in shower, full kitchen. Full deck share with 4 units, outside chairs and fire pit, use of free kayaks and bikes. A putting green and a bago game set up. Fitness center. This and a brief walk to town. The owners are a delight and very accommodating. A perfect vacation ❤️ Bellaire has fabulous restaurants and is 20 mins to Torch Lake. 30 mins to the Jordan River for tubing or kayaking. "

"The price for the rooms were great. The rooms were clean. I did not like that. Our entrance door top hinge was broke off hard to close the door complained to the front desk twice, and it wasn’t fixed."
