Bag all trash and place in the bin located outside the trailer porch steps-all trash must be contained in bags.

Beds don’t need stripped, towels must be placed in the bathroom shower, and NO FIREWORKS for any occasion.

Please make sure to clean the grill and marshmallow sticks after use. Leaving bigger food particles around will attract bugs, and stray animals.

Great location on the river for the whole family!

The property is well maintained and very clean. Great spot on the Greenbrier river for fishing and swimming. Will most definitely be back.

the peace and quiet was great i love setting by the fare watching the river roll by //the place had every thing you would need very well stocked and very clean. me and the wife had a great time thanks
