Loved this place when we first arrived. Then we noticed issues… A/C blew at a wall by the entrance so it didn’t cool the room properly. Went an entire day with no pool towels, and received an eye roll when we brought it up with the front desk. They have a number to text for pool service, but they don’t constantly monitor said phone. I could go on, but it’s still a decent place to stay because of the price

I love “our”’room. We stay often and are usually able to get our favorite room with the view of Bricktown police and downtown OKC. I love that view! We have 2 little Maltese who are always treated with welcomes. ❤️ excellent front desk girl who was working the evening alone and calmy checking in several weary travelers who didn’t give her the gratitude she deserved.
