I pulled back the covers off of my bed and there was several hairs on the bottom sheet. I stripped the bed, put the dirty sheets on the floor in a corner and……

“The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 ”
