First of all, the staff are excellent, from the manager to the front desk, the housekeepers, everyone is helpful and accommodating. The place honestly looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but inside all is well. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast every day, and the 24/7 coffee and tea. But the people are the best of all.

too expensive for what the hotel provided. breakfast items were scarse. i like oatmeal but there were only the packets, which were crumbly and no cinnamon, nuts or raisins—just plain. The location was hard to find and situated in the very back of a mall but no food nearby or anything unless you drove far. The front desk staff was awesome though it looked like she had to play a lot of roles with there not being enough staff. The rooms smelled like ild cigarettes and the elevator was super slow at times I thought I was stuck because the doors tool forwver to open. So it was way too expensive for the state of the hotel. The TV was small and no streaming services, which wss okay with me as i fo not like streaming. It is a hotel needing remideling and rededign. But the front desk help was friendly and sttentive.

Clean, comfortable hotel with a continental breakfast that rivals some paid hotel breakfasts. Hotel is dated, but it’s cheap and reliable!

As soon as you walk in, there is an old dingy odor. When we got in the room the furniture was stained and or damaged. There was no remote control in the room. When I called down to the front desk, toe very helpful and friendly young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and brought up a remote control within minutes. We were third and went right to sleep. When we woke up, I was brushing my teeth and there was a huge bug in the drain of the sink, causing me to get sick. We immediately left the room. I went to the front desk and spoke to an older gentleman who apologized and said he would refund the nights stay.
