"Loved the hotel, staff and property! Our refrigerator did not work the 3 days we were there but the river view from the balcony was great! We saw groundhogs, elk and bald eagle from the balcony!"

"We had my parents visiting from out of town and wanted to do a fun stay in the mountains after our youngest graduated. This was the perfect place. Close enough to fun spots in Gatlinburg (check out the upside down house and titanic museum) and Pigeon Forge (Dollywood). And then the actual condo is exactly as pictured and had breathtaking views of the smoky mountains and sunrise! We explored a lot during the day and left early in the morning and got back late, but neighboring cabins had bear sightings! We plan to come up again and book with GiGi. The check in process was smooth and she is very quick to respond. Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. Even the check out process was easy breezy!"
