Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bryson City

8/10 Good

"We would definitely stay again if in the area."

Franklin Terrace Bed and Breakfast

10/10 Excellent

"We only stayed one night but it was unique and delightful. I gave four stars for amenities because it is a historic building The rooms are spacious and have everything you need but it's charming and quirky. There's no alarm clock and no lamp with USB ports by the bed. You will have to bring your charger and make due. I saw other comments lamenting the upkeep and cobwebs and whatnot and I just think it's foolish to expect a pristine experience from a cool, historic building. The room was clean, the bathroom was functional and the porch was enjoyable in the quiet mountain morning. Breakfast was wonderful. So much food, all freshly prepared and quite the selection of beverages."

Sleep Inn Bryson City - Cherokee Area

10/10 Excellent

"Great location and staff was very friendly and helpful"

Two Rivers Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if we’re in the area. It is not fancy at all but had what we had to have. Next time, I will bring Kleenex and paper towels but there was plenty of soap, towels, and toilet paper. Owners were very friendly and maintain a family-safe hotel. We loved walking along the river right behind our room."

Lloyd's On The River Country Inn By OYO

8/10 Good

"We are staying there the next time we visit. Very relaxing atmosphere and comfortable beds. Low shower pressure though."

Nantahala Village

8/10 Good

"The place was beautiful and in a beautiful location on the side of a mountain. There were nice views all around as well as multiple outdoor seating areas. Our room had a nice view of the mountains. The room was mostly clean. There was a sticky substance in the bathroom floor as well as a used coffee cup behind the toilet and a blue stain in the bathtub due to a leak that had obviously been going on for a while. We gathered that the cleaning person was not the most reliable employee based on comments that we overheard. The place was very quiet. Most of the amenities were not available due to staff shortages and being closed for the season. There was good internet service and a tv with a decent amount of channels. Sausage biscuits and coffee were provided for breakfast, but they were not out by the scheduled time both mornings that we were there. There is no staff on site after 5 pm so if a problem were to arise not sure how well it would be handled. Requests for extra towels, toilet paper etc. had to be placed by noon, so be sure to check your supplies early in the day😊. My biggest complaint was the booking had one price and we were charged something more. It seemed like the place was struggling, so we didn’t complain to the desk clerk. It was a nice place overall, and cheaper than other places that weren’t as nice nor had the views we had."
