"Overall good stay. I did notice some ants coming in from one of the sink locations but it’s not an issue. You’re out in the wilderness so it’s to be expected that you might see some insects here and there. Overall really enjoyed the stay."

"We loved that there was a restaurant at the hotel. (Make sure to make a reservation a day or two before going.) The room was great. Gym was nice. Loved that there was a private beach. Pool and sauna were great. Amazing location (walking distance to The Village). We’ll be recommending this hotel to all our friends and family. Looking forward to our next stay here! "
"Honestly i was very anxious for my stay, i had seen that there were bad reviews but only after the fact that i already made reservations, surprisingly i had an awesome time, the manager was super nice and welcoming as well as all of the other employees, she did let me know of the warm water not working in the building i was staying in, none the less i wanted to stay in the room so id have a kitchen, the room exceeded my expectations, it was very clean, they had utensils, dish ware and cooking ware. the private water front was so beautiful especially at night. the balcony was a definite plus too. they did have complimentary breakfast with items like juice, coffee, cereal, breakfast bars and a few other things. my stay was very affordable. Although it’s mid summer in california the weather was perfect, unfortunately there was no ac, and as a person who gets very hot easily, i would say the ac was not needed, i’ll definitely be returning and would recommend checking this place out for your next stay up in big bear. there were many fun activities that i was able to do in my 2 night stay, there are many things that are at walking distance or a very short car ride away, id recommend going to the alpine slide, going out for a kayaking experience, and/or checking out a fun spot called gold rush mining adventure."
"We had a wonderful stay at Home2Suites by Hilton in Big Bear. Most importantly for me , the room was very clean. The hotel also has great amenities like, a gym, indoor pooI, patio with gas firepits. The breakfast had someone for everyone. I also liked the small details like 24 hr coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. "

"House is great place to stay for a family. There was so much to do in the house and it was very centrally located. The property is completely fenced in which made it safe for dogs as well as kids to be outside. We loved the game room! "

"I overall enjoyed my stay here. Check-in was easy because they called me to check me in since nobody would be in the lobby. If I ever had questions they would answer my call. Check-out was easy as well. All I had to do was text the manager and she emailed me a receipt. Another plus is it was walking distance to The Village. The economy room I stayed in was clean and everything worked. Thanks for a great stay! "

"We enjoyed our weekend at Big Bear. This property is in a quiet neighborhood near all the major attractions; i.e. the zoo, the Village, etc. Family members had a good time in the playroom with the pool table, etc. The kitchen was great with all the appliances we needed, etc. We will keep it in mind for future trips. "We had an absolutely fantastic time. The house is amazing and on the lake front. The house is decorated very cute. The house is walking distance to the village. Also if you want to rent a boat, Big Bear Marina is right next to the property. We highly recommend staying here and will definite come back again. "
