“Such a gorgeous location. I’m always skeptical with places like this but the setup which Bridgette and the team have made here is absolutely phenomenal. The weekend was so relaxing with the sauna, steam shower, hot tub and ice bath. The hosts filled the ice bath up with fresh ice at a moment’s notice so it was always a low temperature when we needed it. The area was so quiet and peaceful but also a 10min drive to Durham and 20-mins to Portsmouth so couldn’t have beeen better location-wise. Thank...

We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!”

“The house is amazing the neighborhood is close to a lot of great restaurants and a short drive to anything you want. We did a friends weekend after not seeing each other for a few years. The house is spacious and warm. The living and sleeping areas are spread out so friends who wanted to crash were not bothered by those who stayed up late. “This is a lovely house in a good location. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It conveniently came with beach gear, two large bathrooms and a large capacity washer and dryer. ”
