We love this hotel for our Disneyland visits. It’s walkable with free parking. The rooms are clean. Cable was good and staff is always nice. Safe area too. We’ve stayed here several times. We’ll be back.

I stayed here before and wasn’t satisfied! But this time it was GREAT! Nice room, nice TV and they fixed the ICE MACHINE!!! Check-in was fast snd quick and the place is near EVERYTHING! I’d stay here again in the future! Hope they keep it UP!

We saw a huge flying cockroach in the room and several little ones in the bathroom. Managment was able to refund $33. Bathroom towels were rough and overall stay wasn't great. Beds were comfortable and didn't see any bed bugs so that was a plus.

Had another nice stay at Queens. The overhead light in the shower was not screwed in though and I saw a few tiny bugs. But the staff was great and the amenities met my needs. Plus there's a great Mexican restaurant next door. Thanks Queens!

Listen, you can't beat the price, and the location is great. Rooms are okay, and parking was available at around 10 pm when we arrived on a Thursday night in the summer. We always felt safe; the fellow guests were respectful, many being your typical family-oriented tourists on vacation. We stayed here as we had a Carnival cruise booked, and even during rush hour, it only took us 40 minutes to the port. Check-in did take a little longer as my reservation couldn't be found right away by the front desk, no biggie. Overall, great stay/

Big con....roaches, dirty sheets, and do not disturb sign useless. Holiday weekend options are scarce of you try to cancel so make sure you bug bomb ur luggage and ahowe when u get home! We went to buy our own bedding amd sheets too. Cuz the skid marks and hair was foul. Its the budget HOtel you might need very close stay to Disney and Six flags entertainment. The parking lot is very small for the amount of rooms. Check in was quick but rushed so no option to ask questions or I fo if your sight seeing. Check multiple sources reviews because bugs was not on the other sites reviews!

Location to Disney is great. Skip the walk all the way to Disney which is 20-30 mins away by walking 10-15 mins to the toy story parking shuttle. Very nice people that work at the location. House keeping could do better keeping the rooms clean. Floors are every dirty making the bottom of your feet or socks black very quickly. Parking is included which 90 percent of properties near by charge. Perfect place to shower and sleep if your main focus is spending your days at Disneyland and not spending too much time in the room.

Location wise its the best your gonna get for the price range, roughly a mile from Disney. Staff were also nice. That's about the only positives of my stay sadly. Alot of the room ACs as well as the ice machine are leaking. The rooms themselves are a little dated but that isnt the issue with the rooms. The main issues with my room were dirty floors, non working fridge, leaking faucet, and a few outlets don't work. I did see reports of bed bugs but did not experience, i did see cockroaches both by the front office and one crawling into another guest's room. A few side notes, Beds are on a metal base so are very firm. TV channels are very limited to roughly 2010 cable channels not smart TVs to login to any streaming service. There is no breakfast or common area in the lobby. There is a pool but is not private and in the parking lot. TLDR: Yes "you get what you paid for" is true but this hotel misses the mark in multiple areas for others in the disneyland area,

Overall room is pretty nice. The bathroom however, is a bit more questionable. Both mornings we were there we found baby cockroaches in the bathroom and the second morning there was a spider. Definitely glad I had slippers to wear in the shower. But for the price is a really good option if you are planning on going to Disney. We were out and about so didn't spend too much time in the rooms aside from sleeping and getting ready in the mornings.
