"The rooms are compact but well designed and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and seemed happy to be there. It smells like a boutique hotel. Bar has great cocktails, especially the lychee martinis!"

"We had made the reservation only hours before arriving at the hotel. While checking in we found that we had made the reservation for one week in the future and not for the night of arrival. The hotel was full, but the desk clerk worked with us and was able to provide an "emergency room" for us. We paid a 50% premium over the online price. Upon getting into the room, we could tell it was a "held in reserve" room as the shelves and cabinets had not been dusted, and the hair conditioner dispenser in the bathtub was empty. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked."
