“We were very well-taken care of and happy in the condo. Couldn’t have been better. Rod really made it a point to make it easy for us to get there and to park - he even blocked off the parking lot because there was an event in town and he wanted to make sure we weren’t without a spot! What a star. The condo is very well-appointed and cozy and a quick walk to plenty of cool shops and restaurants. Thanks Rod”

“This is a lovely property right in the heart of downtown Carmel. It's an easy walk to many restaurants, shops and the Monon Trail. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures on the listing and Joann was very responsive.”

“Awesome location right in the heart of Arts district. Can walk to so many restaurants and shops or just people watch near the Monon trail. We loved the close proximity to the CoHatch where we were attending a baby shower. As listed, there are two flights of stairs in the condo but as long as you don't mind that it was perfect.”

“Booked the condo for a 2 night weekend stay due to a volleyball tournament in yorktown. The place was like a mini vacation, the lake view was beautiful, the weather was perfect and I was able to grill some food in the patio and soak in the hot tub before bed. If my daughter has any more volleyball tournaments nearby I will 100% look for this listing first. The condo had all the necessities and the location was perfect. Volleyball is stressful and it was so nice to have this place to go to after...

“The rental was clean. Nadia was absolutely wonderful and so helpful! The bed was super comfy, the pillow were not though. When ever we had questions Nadia was quick to reply with answers!”

“Beautiful home with plenty of space. Pool is beautiful but it rained our visit so we couldn’t use it. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Nice kitchen. We were here for a work trip but great for any family or groups”
