"Great stay! Our kids loved the pool. Again the water was a little bit too warm but kids do not care. Having a bigger bed would have been nice but absolutely met our needs just fine. Super quiet neighborhood felt really safe. The grill was awesome to have as well. Very family in mind space. Thank you!"

"We were looking for a nice house and the main requirement was a pool. This house has both plus some. Such a spacious, open house with 3 nice bedrooms to choose from and a beautiful kitchen area. I’m sure we spent equal amounts of time in the pool area, sitting at the kitchen bar and watching movies on Netflix. Our staycation was perfect and I’d definitely recommend Jose as a VRBO host ANYTIME!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was excellent. They were always welcoming with a smile This was very nice as you don't see and feel that much.these day. We were there for a memorial service, a staff member took the time to take our pic before we left for the Service. Love the rooms with kitchens!! I would like to recommend a seating area to the side of the front door with a couple ashtrays & chairs. As it is now; it smells when you walk in the front door, it is loitered with a lot of cigarette butts & the smokers have to sit on the ground to try to enjoy their cigarette. That to me does not seem fair for smokers to look like scum bags. It also does nothing for first impressions when people are checking in. That would be my only complaint. We had a wonderful stay & would definately stay again.

"We had a lovely stay here. The condo is spacious and comfortably appointed. There were plenty of pool towels for the grandgirls to swim every day, and boy oh boy did they! The included washer & dryer were fabulous, we used them daily. The location was great, just a minute or two off Hwy 60 in east Mesa - so getting anywhere was totally painless. If you need a fancy coffee fix, both Starbucks and Dutch Bros are just around the corner.The only noteworthy negative I can think of is not at all the fault of the property owners - and that's the taste of the city water from the sinks. It is truly awful, and the owner-provided Britta filter container in the refrigerator doesn't help. The owner left us some water bottles at check-in, and now I know why. If you need drinking water or want to make ice cubes (they provide the trays), stock up on water at Sam's Club or Costco beforehand. Knowing this, would I stay here again when we need three beds? Absolutely YES."

"We were in town for a swim meet at Skyline Aquatic Center and found it cheaper to VRBO than hotel. This place was close to the swim venue and suited the 4 of us very well. Jane was very communicative and provided all information ahead of time and responsive when necessary. "

"We had about 14 people (10 adults & 4 kids) stay in the house for 5 days and had plenty of room to spread out and everyone had their own bed. The house was very clean and well maintained with lots of essential items like kitchenware, towels, plenty of parking, and clean well maintained pool. Would definitely stay here again."
