“Facility was clean and nice, room was clean .”

“The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. She wanted 16yr old girls to walk on the streets at……

“Due to some timing issues, we were allowed to check in early. The owner had the place ready for us with the A/C on. She was always available and always willing to help. The house is very spacious with wonderful accompaniments. Shower has great water pressure!!!!! It’s located right down the road from Canyon Lake! The mountains. We had a wonderful time!!! ”
