"I booked The Hollies as a place to celebrate my birthday with family. It was everything and more than I could have asked for. "I had wonderful weather and the hosts could not have been more helpful. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Only 2 criticisms: the mirror in the bathroom should be a few inches lower. I am 5ft 2 inches and could only see the top of my head and pepper and salt would be very nice."

"You could stay on that balcony for ages , a stunning ever changing vista! When the weather is wild the views are still fabulous and moody. "Our favourite place to visit is the argyll and bute area, coming from the central belt with an eye to moving further north we really appreciate having nature on your doorstep and as a result we fell in love with this place. The hosts are very helpful, giving us updates on the day of arrival was so appreciated. Perfect spot for kayaking, fishing and hiking with a lovely, well kept lodge to return to at the end of the day. We're already looking to go back!"
