"When we arrived we were told there was an issue with the toilets and could not check in to the villa. This was after a long flight at 9pm!! Whilst waiting, other guests arrived that told us they had booked the villa and were allowed in!! Clearly these people are con artists. Took over an hour to cancel and rebook a hotel in Havana. Ruined our holiday. Do NOT book at any cost."

"The staff there were prepared to help with anything. I was was unprepared for my trip to Cuba but the staff gave me all the basics on arrival. They explained the exchange situation, had SIM cards for rent, and were able to book tours for me for my stay that would accept CAD. "
