“Check-in was horrible ,a long wait line and not enough staff working check-out was the same thing… the ac in our room wasn’t working we called so someone can fix it nobody went ..this resort is pretty big so everything was far..the staff in the buffet lounge was very nice… it an all inclusive resort but how you have to pay for WiFi? ..but over all it was an okay resort I’ve been to better ones”
