“I loves the ataff everyone was attentive and made sure u knew what was going on and that u was enjoying yourself. Tywanna was great. She made sure my birthday was special. They remembered my and my friends name the whole vacation. The restaurants were nice the food was good. My favorite was picasso the Mediterranean dinner. The drinks were ok. U have to pay for topshelf so i suggest u bring your liquor if u are expecting top shelf unless u don’t mind pay. Majic show was nice”

“The property was beautiful and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Savaugn was very helpful and always offering the card ride up and down since my sister had an ankle injury. Front desk was great. Restaurants were good. The bartenders at the pool bar were very slow and don't acknowledge the guests at the bar tomatoes say, be right with you. we actually ended going to a different bar for our cocktails.”

“Perfect for solo traveling because it was not crowded. Rooms clean. The bus ride back to the airport was not provided in a timely manner. I have to find my own transportation to the airport.”

“My stay at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa in Runaway Bay is a true gem. The staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable amenities. The property was beautiful with some amazing views. We did not go into the pool, but I visited the beach and had a wonderful time in the water. We had breakfast at the well‑kept dining area, and it was so, so delicious; the food was 10/10. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat with excellent service and……

“The room was cleaned upon arrival. However wifi only worked for a few minutes one day and never worked again. There was no housekeeping service and qas told if I wanted housekeeping that is an additional cost.”

“Many things were overlooked on our initial arrival, the first of note were the misleading photos on the website. Overall the hospitality was very lacking.”
