“Property it’s beautiful but run down. Pool is dirty and low water level. Jacuzzi was not warm and smelled moldy. Towels are few and far between. Only one place to get them and they are so far from the other pools. Lots of walking so very inconvenient when you need something. No pool service at the other pools or bars. Food was gross and subpar. Some staff was so nice and helpful, other staff were rude and not helpful. Everything was very expensive if it’s wasn’t included. Bit easy to get……

“I had family emergency and needed to reschedule my stay. My agent and I tried contacting the hotel for three days and nobody answered or replied to emails. I travel to Jamaica few times a year, stayed in multiple hotels and customer service and communication in Sandals was the worst.”

“I really enjoyed the warm swimming pool at night. The check-in staff was excellent and very accommodating. My only issue with the property was if you got any type of stain or mark on the towels or sheets they were going to find you for it.”
