"Very nice modern facility with friendly staff. Room was well equipped with full kitchen facilities. Only problem was the mold in the shower corners. Large free washers and dryers were a plus, but inclusive breakfast consisted of bringing your own plate from your unit and selecting a pastry from a try in the lobby. Well suited for longer stay for people wanting to prepare food in their unit. Short walk to the Metro."

"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."
