"This newly appointed hotel has stylish rooms with quality finishes. The bathroom design is cheerful with sink area outside. The star of the show is the lovely courtyard grounds. This outside space offsets the smaller footprint of the room with muliple seating areas and fireplaces. The cheerful garden bar and bartender are set closer to the restaurant and so don't intrude. Dram Yard was excellent we had a dinner and breakfast and were impressed by both. The valet service was much more than parking. These staff were diligent and very helpful. It was more of a watchful doorman which served to make us feel very safe. "

"We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!"

"Steve was a fantastic host, with quick replies and dining recommendations. The property is really nice, has a great front porch, perfect location, and everything you need. The layout is a little funky (you need to go through one bedroom to get to the other, and the shower head is extremely low for us tall folks. But we'd definitely stay there again."

"My favorite hotel in downtown Wilmington by far. Roof top bar is good and lobby bar is great. Rooftop would be great if some of the wait staff had better attitudes!"
