“We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in a converted historic home in downtown Wilmington NC! The location couldn't have been more perfect - everything from shops and restaurants to local markets was just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.Our host was fantastic- always in communication and quick to respond to any questions. "During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
