"This hotel is right on the Riverwalk. The breakfast is excellent with fresh made omelettes available as well as many other choices. The hotel is bright and airy, and the rooms are in great condition. The only complaint that I would have is in the gym and in the access to outdoor space and there’s a small area to sit outside in, but otherwise there’s no place to just sit outside and look at the beautiful view. Unless of course it’s 4 o’clock and the rooftop bar happens to be open, but you can’t bring your family up there. The hotel should provide an outdoor space that is family friendly. A place where you can go and read a book or get some work done if you’re on a business trip, this does not exist in this hotel. In addition, the Peleton bike was not hooked up to the corporate account so it’s kind of worthless unless you have a Peloton membership and the staff had no idea how to deal with it because it’s an outside consultant taking care of it. Otherwise, it’s a great place. The pool is indoor take note. "

"The cushion chair was very dirty with stains(have photos if I can post I will) and the desk chair was totally worn, should’ve been put in the trash a while ago. The bathroom was clean and beds were good. Carpet was filthy ( also have pics) staff was very helpful"

"This is absolutely a First Class Hotel. From the moment we checked in at the front desk, greeted by a very professional young man Preston to the time we checked out everything was perfect!!!! We were celebrating our 45th anniversary and the hotel made everything so special. This was our 2nd visit here and will be returning often. Thank you Preston for a job well done. 👍"
