“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“We had a bumpy start with a late check in, and the place not being cleaned properly (dirty dishes in the dish washer, towels in the washer, not swept). That said, Maria from Landing went above and beyond to make sure to remedy that by sending a care package with everything needed for our week stay.
