Cleanliness was marginal. I was also a bit surprised I had to leave a deposit until I returned the room key and TV remote. The room I had was cozy and simple. My only gripe was that it didn't have a hangar rack / closet. But otherwise internet capabilities were excellent and my air conditioner was absolutely the best...I had to turn it off it became so cold ....brrr. Staff are helpful and will lok to make your stay there a great one. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. There were bugs in the bathroom and the living area. The AC is a wall unit and it took it a long time to get the room cool. No phones in the room. The carpet was dirty, the toilet was dirty. And we saw a bug on the toilet. The one table had a busted leg. The bed was made, but the sheets looked old. We only stayed 4 hours. When we went to check out and get our money back and complain about the room, there was a sign on the window that said "be back in 15 min". He was not back in 15 min. So we just left, and in small print it said NO REFUNDS. So I am going to dispute this charge with my bank and get my money back.
