We gathered together for an early family Thanksgiving, as we do every year, expecting to make a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. But the "gourmet kitchen" has only one tiny oven and one microwave. In order to cook two turkeys and all the trimmings, my husband and I had to start cooking in the wee hours of the morning, one turkey at a time.
