Magnificent luxury ski-in, ski-out condo located at Townsend Place in Beaver Creek Village. This is the perfect Colorado mountain vacation rental location that enjoys vaulted ceilings and stunning views from the third-floor balcony. Enjoy the peace and serenity of the mountains, with no traffic noise—just the soothing sounds of the nearby creek as you open the balcony door. After a day on the mountain, unwind in the large outdoor Townsend Place hot tub, offering a relaxing way to end your day. Step outside and you're just a short walk from all the vibrant amenities, shops, restaurants, ski lifts, gondola, and entertainment of Beaver Creek Village. This condo combines luxury, convenience, and tranquil mountain living, making it the perfect base for your Colorado vacation.

FEATURES: 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King bed and extra twin day bed, LCD TV and a private full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a twin bed next to a queen bunk bed, with a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Please NOTE: Elevator to main entrance, king bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Stairs only to second bedroom.
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.
